Coloring, crocheting and apps are only tools to help you become more mindful, they aren't mindfulness itself. You can't get to the inner workings of your mind with crayons. You have to actually do the work, which is meditation.  It's not hard to do, but it's challenging in a world of constant distraction.  Take a few moments to visualize letting go of all of those distractions and connecting with your mind so that you can enjoy total well-being.
